Come join the Geothermal Greenhouse Partnership (GGP), a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, for our fall fundraising event this Friday evening from 5 to 7 p.m.
Enjoy our amphitheater venue with fantastic local music provided by The Robin Davis Duo, featuring multi-instrumentalist Robin Davis and wife Jimi Davis. Together, the two blend old-time bluegrass with their own originals.
Tickets are $20 for adults, and kids 12 and under are free. Buy tickets in advance at https://www.pagosagreen.org/2024-fall-fundraiser/ or in person at the event with cash, credit or debit card.
In addition to the incredible music, the GGP will be selling beer and wine, with all proceeds directly benefitting the GGP. A food truck will also have hotdogs and specialty hotdogs for sale.
The three domes on the San Juan Riverwalk have become emblematic in our community. Powered by local volunteers and using geothermal heat, each dome has its own purpose and all three demonstrate sustainable food production.
This fall fundraising event will directly impact our efforts to repair the beloved Education Dome, which is now seven years old and showing its age. After a recent inspection by the dome manufacturer, it was found to be in need of extensive maintenance. Currently, the Education Dome is closed to the public for these repairs and our hope is to reopen this winter.
Please join us this Friday to help raise the funds necessary to restore the Education Dome to its full potential for our community.
Should that not be possible, consider going online at https://www.pagosagreen.org/ to make a donation or become one of our sustaining members.
