Holly Elizabeth Selby and Austin James Walker, both 21, were arrested on separate days last week after a 78-year-old woman from Rio Rancho, N.M., realized she had charges on her credit card that she had not authorized, explained Detective Jacob Beach of the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office.
