Community United Methodist Church Food Share offers a circle of care and mutual aid

In our community, generosity runs deep, and nowhere is that more evident than at the Community United Methodist Church Food Share.

Thanks to the outpouring of food, donations and volunteer time from our neighbors, we are able to continue our mission of ensuring that everyone in our community is cared for, included and has what they need to thrive.

Our food share operates every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon, providing groceries and basic essentials to anyone who comes through our doors.

We know that our open hours don’t always fit into a schedule, so we’ve also created an after-hours option. If you or someone you know needs food outside of our regular hours, please text or call (970) 585-6381, and we’ll make sure help is available.

At Community United Methodist Church, we believe that everyone deserves dignity and that caring for one another is a shared responsibility. This belief forms the heart of mutual aid: a circle where everyone gives and receives in turn, and no one is left out. Whether it’s food, a coat or simply kindness and someone to listen, our goal is to make sure every person feels seen, loved and supported.

We’re deeply grateful to live in a community that shows up for one another so wholeheartedly. Together, we’re not just feeding people, we’re building a circle of care that sustains us all.
