Boy Scout Troop 807 completed its annual winter campout during the weekend of Jan. 24. While the troop camps out all year long, one campout is always in the snow.
This year, the troop camped on Wolf Creek Pass, off of Wolf Creek Road, to find snow. The weekend was spent working on rank requirements and testing the scouts’ knowledge of snow and cold-weather camping.
Fundraiser dinner planned
Troop 807 will be hosting its third annual fundraiser dinner on Feb. 22.
The dinner will be held at the Community United Methodist Church at 5:30 p.m.
