Fiber optic cables have been restored, cellular service and internet in the area is back up and running.
Residents should now be able to make and receive calls and send messages as normal without relying on Wi-Fi calling.
911 calls are once again being routed to local dispatch, and local law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services continue to respond to calls as normal.
