On Saturday, April 20, at 10:30 a.m. the Mount Allison Grange, located at 2622 County Road 229 in Allison, will hold a sourdough baking workshop.
There will be information on how to grow and maintain sourdough starter, bread recipes, recipes for using discard, and sample baked goods.
This is a free event open to the public.
