The Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association is seeking proposals for the crack-fill and seal coat of several asphalt paved surfaces this spring and early summer including a portion of the 8- foot wide North Pagosa Blvd paved multi-purpose trail; the entire segment of 8-foot wide Vista Blvd paved multi-purpose trail; the parking lot at the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center and the Parking lot of the Association Administration Office complex in Vista. Deadline for Proposals is April 5, 2024; project award date is April 11; and a June 30th completion date.
