INVITATION TO BID
Separate sealed BIDS for the 2024 PLPOA Trail Resurfacing Project will be received by the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA) at the office of Davis Engineering Service, Inc. located at 188 South 8th Street, P.O. Box 1208, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147, until 2:00 P.M. local time on April 4, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read
aloud.
The project consists of full depth reclamation & repaving of approximately 3,480 linear feet of existing asphalt pedestrian trail along North Pagosa Boulevard from the intersection of Village Drive, proceeding northwesterly and ending near the intersection of Lake Forest Circle. Additionally, the full depth reclamation & repaving of approximately 3,010 linear feet of existing asphalt pedestrian trail along Lake Forest Circle from the intersection of N. Pagosa Boulevard, proceeding westerly and ending near the intersection of Lynn Avenue. The project will include reclamation to a minimum depth of 6 inches, subgrade preparation, asphalt trail construction and regrading of shoulders and ditches. Awarded project quantities may be adjusted to meet PLPOA budget and to reflect site conditions encountered throughout the project.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained on or after March 19, 2014, at the office of Davis Engineering Service, Inc. located at the address mentioned above, upon payment of $50.00 for each set. No refund will be made for returned copies.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and inspection trip for prospective Bidders will be held March 26, 2024, at the office of Davis Engineering Service, Inc. (phone number (970) 264-5055), located at the address mentioned above, at 2:00 P.M. local time.
