The Pagosa Springs Sanitation and General Improvement District can breath a collective sigh of relief now that the easement fiasco left behind by former town manager David Mitchem has been cleared up.
“On the pipeline project,” Tautges reported at last Thursday’s PSSGID meeting, “things are just moving along very quickly. They are pouring concrete to beat the band down on Pump Station One, and we’re all set to go on excavation for the power line to get three-phase power down there. We will try to avoid having two contractors in there at the same time.”
