A free Medicare 101 class will be offered on Tuesday, April 22, from 10-11:30 a.m. at the senior dining room in the community center. This class is for individuals who are turning 65 this year or for those who are currently receiving Social Security Disability benefits. Reserve your spot by calling 264-0502.
Medicare counseling
SHIP (Medicare counseling) has moved back to the Senior Center. Please call 264-0502 to make your appointment to meet with one of our experienced and talented SHIP Medicare counselors.
Grand re-opening
The center will hold a grand re-opening and ice cream social on Thursday, April 17, from 1-3 p.m.
Membership sales
We are now offering membership sales Monday through Friday.

Poker will be coming soon to the center. There will also be a medical assistance program announced in the near future.

All meals include our wonderful salad bar. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Friday, April 11 — Mahi mahi nuggets with Hawaiian rice, pomegranate salsa, brussel sprouts, whole wheat roll and salad bar.
Monday, April 14 — Lasagna (beef or spinach) with Italian vegetables, mixed fruit, focaccia bread and salad bar.
Tuesday, April 15 — Herbed baked chicken with yams, spinach, whole wheat roll and salad bar.
Wednesday, April 16 — Beef pot pie with roasted vegetables, melon medley, whole wheat roll and salad bar.
Reservations and cancellations are required. You can make a reservation at 264-2167 by 9 a.m. the morning of the day you would like to dine at the Pagosa Springs Senior Center. For your convenience, you can make your reservations in advance or have a standing reservation on days you know you will always attend. Please cancel if you cannot attend on your standing reservation days.
