Archuleta County officials have directed At Your Disposal, a local business, to cease and desist its recycling operations, citing a violation of the county’s land use regulations.
The order to cease and desist was ordered via a hand-delivered letter written by Archuleta County Attorney Todd Starr dated March 26. The letter was delivered in a meeting with At Your Disposal owners Mark and Kathy Young held March 27.
