11- and 12-year-old youth volleyball league

Get ready for an exciting volleyball experience with the 11- and 12-year-old youth volleyball league.

This league is designed for young athletes who are ready to take their volleyball skills to the next level while enjoying some friendly competition.

The program will run from March 4 to April 10 on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with two weeks of practice followed by eight games.

The league offers the perfect balance of skill development and game play, ensuring players can practice and refine their abilities before hitting the court for some exciting matches.

During the first two weeks, participants will focus on building their skills through practice sessions that cover everything from serving and passing to positioning and team play. After that, they’ll take part in eight competitive games where they can put their new skills to the test.

Calling all coaches:
Volunteer for youth sports programs

Are you passionate about sports and looking for a way to get involved in your community?

We are currently seeking volunteer coaches for all youth sports programs, including baseball, tee-ball, basketball, volleyball and soccer. This is a great opportunity to give back while helping children develop their athletic skills and love for the games.

Volunteering as a coach not only allows you to make a positive impact on young athletes, but it also comes with a great perk: Your child plays for free in the sport you coach. Whether you have experience coaching or are simply looking to be involved in your child’s sports journey, your involvement will help create a fun and educational environment for all participants.

Interested in coaching? You can easily volunteer during the online registration process for any of the youth sports programs, or you can stop by the Ross Aragon Community Center to sign up in person.

Coaching is a rewarding experience that brings communities together while providing valuable leadership to our next generation of athletes.

Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to give back to the community and help shape the future of youth sports in Pagosa Springs.

For more information or to volunteer, register online through the Town of Pagosa Springs website or visit the Community Center.
