Rebekah MacArthur Laue crossed over Sunday morning, Oct. 26, 2025. She is now dancing with the angels. Rebekah was born in Saginaw, Mich., on Memorial Day, May 30, 1936. She spent her growing-up years in Hawaii and witnessed the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Rebekah passed over peacefully of natural causes. She saw a bright light as she crossed into the arms of her heavenly Father. She often pictured herself in His arms before she passed over.
She lived with her husband, Peter, in a log cabin home on Lake Pagosa for 48 years. They birthed no physical children. They birthed spiritual children and two ministries, Crafts for Christ and Stretcher Bearers for Christ. They hosted many in the Upper Room guest apartment above their garage. Although they were married for 52 years, all the wounded souls that they hosted are their spiritual children. Only Father-God knows their names.
Rebekah was an artist. Carol Kimsey was her favorite teacher. Her paintings decorate many homes in Pagosa Springs and beyond. She will be sorely missed by many, but especially her husband, Peter.
