The San Juan Basin Area Agency on Aging (“Agency”) provides notice that on March 5th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (MST) the Agency’s Board of Directors will meet to vote on a proposed amendment to the Agency’s Articles of Incorporation that would streamline Agency operations by making the Agency a non-profit corporation without members.
