Notice of Exclusion from the
Pine River Irrigation District
The Pine River Irrigation District (PRID) hereby provides notice that the exclusion of the following lands is in the best interests of all PRID landowners. In accordance with C.R.S. § 37-42-133, PRID will order the exclusion of the lands identified herein from its service area by a resolution entered at the PRID Special board meeting, which will be held on December 16th 2024 at La Plata Archuleta Water District building 255 Ute Street, Ignacio, CO at 6 p.m.
Thereafter, said lands shall not be entitled to beneficially use PRID water.
