NOTICE OF BUDGET FOR PUBLICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Southwestern Water Conservation District (SWCD) for the ensuing year of 2025; a copy of such proposed budget has been filed at the SWCD office at 841 E 2nd Avenue, Durango, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection. It is also available to be viewed at swwcd.org. The proposed budget will be considered at a special meeting of the SWCD Board of Directors to be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Public may attend the meeting in person at SWCD’s office (841 E 2nd Avenue in Durango, Colorado) or via Zoom (https://zoom.us/join, Meeting ID: Meeting ID 835 9975 3537, Passcode: 474186). If you plan to attend in person, please RSVP to
admin@swwcd.org to ensure space in SWCD’s conference room. Any interested elector of SWCD may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget. Pursuant to 29-1-106, C.R.S.
