The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for a “Certificate of Alteration” application for the Hersch Building located at 452 Pagosa Street (Hwy 160), proposing a building façade renovation, located within the Town’s designated Historic District.
The acting Historic Preservation Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. to consider the Certificate of Alteration application for consistency with the Town’s Historic Preservation regulations.
The public hearing will be conducted at Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform.
