We are proud to announce that “Midnight in the Mountains”, our After Prom event, will be taking place on Saturday April 26th from 11:30 - 4:00 am at Pagosa Springs Middle School! Prom night is one of the most anticipated events of high school, but unfortunately, it can also present risks associated with unsafe celebrations. Our FREE After-Prom event provides students with a fun, safe, and sober alternative where they can continue the celebration in a supervised environment with exciting activities, entertainment, and prizes. We have been working hard to ensure that there will be something for everyone!
An After-Prom event has been done locally, from 2004-2015, by a group of community partners. We are very excited to be bringing this back to our community and are hoping this will be something that our students can look forward to for years to come! We rely on the generosity of local businesses, community leaders, and individuals like you to bring this event to life. Any contribution will help us provide food, entertainment, games, and prizes to keep students engaged throughout the night.
We are proud to be sponsored by Archuleta School District, which means that all donations are tax-deductible as a charitable contribution. Upon request, we are happy to provide any necessary documentation for tax purposes. To ensure the longevity of this event, any funds remaining after this year’s celebration will be rolled over to help support next year’s After-Prom, ensuring future seniors can continue to enjoy a safe and fun experience.
As a token of our appreciation, we would love to recognize your generosity in our event promotions, on social media, and in our thank-you announcements. Your support will not only help create lasting memories for our seniors, but also reinforce the importance of community involvement in keeping students safe!
