The historic Gomez Mercantile store located at the Archuleta County Fairgrounds will be open for the Fourth of July weekend during the days and hours listed below.
This mercantile store was originally opened in 1912 in the railroad town of Pagosa Junction.
You can tour the store, which has the original pot belly stove and many items from the 1920’s era.
The Gomez Mercantile store will be open to the public:
• Thursday, July 3, from 5 to 7 p.m.
• Friday, July 4, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.
• Saturday, July 5, from 5 to 7 p.m.
