County re-lists properties for auction

The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) voted unanimously to relist 11 properties for auction during a regular meeting held on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

County approves new tourism board member

During a regular meeting held by the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) on Tuesday, Oct. 1, the board unanimously approved its consent agenda, which included the approval of Resolution 2024-74, appointing Shane Lucero to an at-large seat on the Pagosa Springs Area Tourism Board.

Natural gas prices drop

Black Hills Energy announced Tuesday that Archuleta County residents can expect to see a nearly 27 percent reduction to their natural gas bills this month thanks to a rate adjustment that will lower residential energy costs throughout the state.
