Wolf Creek Ski Area to open seven days a week beginning Friday

Wolf Creek Ski Area has received 18 inches of fresh snow this past week, bringing its all-natural snow depth to 28 inches at the midway. The year-to-date snowfall total is 58 inches.
Wolf Creek will be open seven days a week beginning Friday, Nov. 9.
Seven lifts will be operating from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wolf Creek has excellent early-season conditions with 90 percent of the terrain open for all ability levels. Expert terrain such as Alberta Peak, Boundary Bowl, Montezuma Bowl and Step Bowl, the Knife Ridge, Horseshoe Bowl and Waterfall areas will all be open in addition to a wide variety of groomed trails.
The Wolf Creek Lodge will be open with a full lunch menu. Pathfinder Bar, the Continental Espresso Bar and the Basecamp Lodge will also be open.
The ski school will be available for private and group lessons for both adults and children, including the Wolf Pup Program.
The Nordic trails were groomed on Friday, Nov. 2. The trails are open to the public at no charge.
