my wife and I will be taking a trip to pagosa on july 1st. will this effect our stay?….
    anybody know?
    thanks.

It should not hinder your stay. There can be some very light haze in the downtown area in the mornings, but then it quickly lifts. Life is going on as usual with visitors and locals enjoying all that Pagosa has to offer. I am heading out for a hike to Quartz Lake now!

Chris is correct, this shouldn’t hinder any travel plans. A lot of haze but Pagosa has a lot to offer. Also, Creede has many great resturants open currently.

There is a possibility that 160 will be closed in the very near future due to this fire, so if traveling you need to check on this.
