Twelve Pirates head to state, Wedemeyer breaks school record

At their last meet before state, the Pagosa Springs High School track and field teams ended the season by bringing home a pair of first places at the Last Chance Meet on May 11 in Monte Vista, and Mackenzie Wedemeyer broke the school record in the 200-meter dash that had stood since 2006.
