Special to The PREVIEW
Curtains Up Pagosa’s (CUP) 2018 concert series, “One Night Only” continues this Friday, Aug. 31, at 7 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church on South Pagosa Boulevard.
An evening of Broadway favorites and new songs, the show stars Robert Neel, with accompaniment provided by Sally Neel.
We are also excited to announce that special guest artist Johannah Laverty will be appearing, as well. Laverty has been touching our hearts with performances on the Pagosa stage since she was 7 years old and has been featured in every one of our shows and concerts since then.
Laverty has been studying theater and music at Fort Lewis College and most recently spent a year at the prestigious Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center in Waterford, Conn., where she had intensive studies in theater, music, songwriting, directing and dance. While there, Laverty had the opportunity to travel to London, England, as part of her studies.
We are thrilled that she will be performing with CUP while she is back in Pagosa.
Tickets are $15 at the door, with proceeds to the Sally Neel College Scholarship Fund. Don’t miss this one-night event. We appreciate your support of community theater in our mountain town.
