Scouting experience

Dear Editor:
On July 22, over 35,000 Boy Scouts from 161 different countries will arrive at the Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia to enjoy and celebrate at the World Jamboree. For those who do not know, Scouting is a world-wide organization, first organized in this country in 1910 and granted a federal charter by Congress in 1916. Since that time, boys across America have been doing good deeds, learning survival skills and developing moral foundations through the Boy Scouts of America.
