The first reading of the Pagosa Springs Town Council Ordinance No. 789 (Series 2013) was completed at the Pagosa Springs Town Council Meeting held on July 2, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. ORDINANCE 789, AN ORDINANCE VACATING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND THE APACHE STREET BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION ACCESS EASEMENT WITHIN BLOCK 68, THROUGH LOTS 1-A, 2A-1, 2A-2, 2A-3, 2A-4 AND 2A-5 WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS. Violation of this Ordinance is subject to enforcement and punishment pursuant to Article 3, Chapter 1 of the Pagosa Springs Municipal Code, including Section 1.3.3. providing for a fine not to exceed $1,000, or incarceration for not to exceed 1 year, or both. NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE COMMISSIONERS OF ARCHULETA COUNTY, COLORADO, CONCERNING PROPOSED GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS FOR AREAS AND ACTIVITIES OF STATE INTEREST ALSO KNOWN AS 1041 REGULATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Archuleta County, Colorado, is considering the adoption of guidelines and regulations pursuant to Title 24, Article 65.1, Section 404, of the Colorado Revised Statutes. This hearing is scheduled for the purpose of receiving public input before the Board possibly designates an area or activity of state interest and adopts the guidelines for the administration of those designated areas of activity.

The public hearing is to be held on Tuesday, the 20th day of August, 2013, at the Commissioner hearing room located at 449 San Juan Street, Pagosa Springs, Colorado

Parcel II: The West ½ of Lot 2, less 2 feet off the East side of the West ½ of Lot 2; all of Lots 3, 4 and 5, less the Westerly 40 feet of said Lot 5, all in Block 40, Town of Pagosa Springs, according to the plat thereof filed as Map No. 25, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Archuleta County, Colorado.
