SECOND READING 

The second reading of Ordinance No. 811 (Series 2014) was completed at the Pagosa Springs Town Council Meeting held on May 22, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. ORDINANCE 811, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS GRANTING A SANITARY CONVEYANCE EASEMENT TO THE PAGOSA SPRINGS SANITATION GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ACROSS UNSUBDIVIDED PROPERTY OWNED BY THE TOWN ALONG AND ADJACENT TO TRUJILLO ROAD LOCATED IN SECTION 26 OF TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH RANGE 2 WEST, NEW MEXICO PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN. The ordinance went into effect May 22, 2014 and the full text of the ordinance, including any amendments, is available for public inspection at the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall.

NOTICE OF BUDGET AMENDMENT

SAN JUAN RIVERVILLAGE 

METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed amended budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the San Juan River Village Metropolitan District for the year of 2014. A copy of such proposed amended budget has been filed in the office of Wilson, Rea, Beckel & Associates, CPAs, LLC, 56 Talisman Drive, Suite 8-B, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection. Such proposed amended budget will be considered at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan River Village Metropolitan District to be held at Chamber of Commerce conference room, 402 San Juan Street, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, on June 12, 2014 at 6:30 p.m.

Any interested elector within the San Juan River Village Metropolitan District may inspect the proposed amended budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Crossfire Aggregate Services LLC at 820 Airport Rd, Durango CO 81303, phone number 970-884-4869, has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Lee Pit , and is located at or near Section 19, Township 32N , Range 5 W , Prime Meridian.

The proposed date of commencement is March 26 ,2014 and the proposed date of completion Is April 15, 2019. The proposed future use of the land is for Agriculture.

Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Archuleta County Clerk and Recorder’s office; 449 San Juan St, Pagosa Spgs CO 81147 or the above-named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above-named County Clerk and Recorder’s office and at the Division’s office.

Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety at 691 County Road 233, Suite A-2, Durango, CO 81301 by 4:00 p.m. on May 30, 2014.

Please note that under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et seq. Comments related to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or economic concerns are issues not subject to this Office’s jurisdiction. These subjects, and similar ones, are typically addressed by your local governments, rather than the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety or the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
