FOR SALE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER

The Pagosa Area Water & Sanitation District will sell to the highest bidder two (2) Automatic Water Salesman stations as manufactured by Vernon Manufacturing Co. located in Gypsum, Kansas. The stations are mounted on 24” X 24” stainless steel plates and incorporate CoinCo MAG50SA coin and paper currency receiving units. These stations were in operation when removed from service in 2012, and have been stored indoors, however, the stations will be sold in “as-is” condition. No warranty either expressed or implied exists with regard for merchantability or fitness for use. Payment is to be made in cash or with a certified cashier’s check only.

Sealed bids will be received by the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (District), 100 Lyn Avenue, P.O. Box 4610, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147, until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 9, 2013. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Sealed bids should be mailed to; Pagosa Area Water & Sanitation District, Gregg Mayo, Project Manager, P.O. Box 4610, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, or dropped off in person at the District’s administration building located at 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.
