Public Notice is hereby given that on January 30, 2013, an application for a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License to be issued to Chavolo’s Mexican Restaurant of Pagosa Springs Inc. was filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Archuleta County, Colorado. The premises is to be known as (dba) Chavolo’s Mexican Restaurant, and more particularly described as 301 N. Pagosa Blvd Units B-1 and B-2.

Notice is further given that a hearing for said application will be held on March 5, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room located in the Archuleta County Courthouse in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

At said time and place, all parties of interest shall be allowed to appear in support of, or in opposition to, the granting of said license by petitions, objections or personal appearances. Petitions or objections may be filed in the said County Commissioners’ Office in the Archuleta County Courthouse, 449 San Juan St., Pagosa Springs, Colorado, prior to said hearing.
