In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 C.R.S. 1973 as amended, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF COLORADO has established January 24, 2013 as the date of final settlement date with Technology Constructors, Inc. for Project #NH 160A-019, Project ID #18278, in Archuleta County. Work consists of installation of a traffic signal on US160; inlaid pavement markings, ADA ramps, and sidewalk.

Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the CONTROLLER, Department of Transportation at 4201 E. Arkansas Avenue, Denver, Colorado, 80222, on or before 5:00 p.m. of the final settlement date above.

The Humane Society of Pagosa Springs Annual Meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on January 15, 2013 at the Humane Society Thrift Store meeting room located at 269 Pagosa St.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect Directors for the upcoming year and to conduct such business, which may come before the meeting. Annual meeting attendance is limited to persons who are current members.

You must be a new member in good standing by January 1, 2013 or have renewed your membership prior to the annual meeting to attend.

PUBLIC HEARING

The Town Council for the Town of Pagosa Springs will be holding a public hearing for a Beer & Wine liquor license application for Fore Play at Bogey’s Inc located at 83 Pike Drive. The public hearing will be held on Thursday January 24, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall 551 Hot Springs Blvd. All people wishing to comment should be present at that meeting or have written comments in the office of the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 18, 2013.
