NOTICE is hereby given to all interested parties that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District for the ensuing year of 2014; that a copy of the 2014 Budget has been filed in the office of the District at 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed 2014 Budget will be considered at a Public Hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, Colorado on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at 3:15 o’clock p.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the 2014 Budget, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the San Juan Conservation District for the ensuing year of 2014. A copy of such proposed budget has been filed in their office at 505A CR 600, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection. NOTICE is hereby given to all interested parties that a Public Hearing will be held on November 12, 2013 at 2:30 p.m., at the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District’s office, 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 to consider a listing of accounts that have been delinquent for at least six months and are in excess of $150.00 per account. The District is empowered by Section 32-1-1101 (1) (e), C.R.S. and the District’s Rules and Regulations to collect such delinquent fees and charges by certification to the County Treasurer.

NOTICE CONCERNING PROPOSED CHANGES TO WATER SERVICE CHARGE RATE STRUCTURE AND RATES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing of the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at 2:45 p.m. The purpose for the hearing will be to receive public comment on proposed changes to the rate structure. The Public Hearing will be held at the District’s administrative office located at 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

PUBLIC HEARING

The Town Council for the Town of Pagosa Springs will be holding a public hearing for a Brew Pub license application for Tejas Brew Pub LLC dba Wolfe Brewing Company located at 2045 W Highway 160. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday December 3, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall 551 Hot Springs Blvd. All people wishing to comment should be present at that meeting or have written comments in the office of the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 27, 2013.
