The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for conditional use for the operation of a new indoor climate controlled mini-storage business to be located at 341 Harman Park Drive in the Harman Park Commercial subdivision. The Planning Commission will consider the conditional use application at a public hearing scheduled on December 8, 2015 at 5:30pm in Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. Anyone wishing to provide comments should contact the Town Planning Department at 970-264-4151 x224 or attend the public hearing. Public comments will be accepted at the public hearing.

The applicant proposes to contain the operation indoors. The Planning Commission will consider the conditional use application at a public hearing scheduled on December 8, 2015 at 5:30pm in Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. Anyone wishing to provide comments should contact the Town Planning Department at 970-264-4151 x224 or attend the public hearing. Public comments will be accepted at the public hearing.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING 

ON DECEMBER 14, 2015

James Diffey, on behalf of SJS Holdings LLC, is requesting Variance from Section 3.1.4 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations requiring a 50’ front setback and 25’ rear/side setback, for a new structure in the Industrial (I) zone, for Lots 16 and 17, Cloman Industrial Park, located at 95 Industrial Circle, Pagosa Springs, CO.

Applicant is also requesting Variance from Sections 27.1.7.3 and 27.1.7.4 of the Archuleta County Road and Bridge Design Standards and section 5.4.5.4 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations requiring paving of access and parking, for the existing parking and access in conjunction with a new Site Plan review.

A public hearing will be held by the Archuleta Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Board of Adjustment, on Monday December 14, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. in the County Administration Building Meeting Room, 398 Lewis Street, Pagosa Springs.
