REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Sealed bids will be received by the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (District), 100 Lyn Avenue, P.O. Box 4610, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81157, until 1:00 p.m. on January 18, 2013. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

At 1:00 p.m. on January 18, 2013 the bid opening shall be held at the District’s Conference Room at 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, 81147; all Bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities therein, and all Bidders shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the District for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the District because of such rejections. The filing of any Bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions.

The work to be performed generally includes, but may not be limited to the following components: The District is seeking a Contractor to furnish and install a combination heating and cooling unit in the District Office entryway. The unit shall be rated at a minimum of 30,000 Btu cooling and 32,000 Btu heating capacities. The project includes all associated materials, equipment and appurtenances required for a completely functioning system with the exception of electrical power which will be provided by the District.

In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107 C.R.S. 1973 as amended, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF COLORADO has established February 1, 2013 as the date of final settlement date with Kolbe Striping, Inc. for Project #MTCE R500-128, Project ID #18850, in La Plata, Montezuma, Archuleta, Rio Grande, Mineral, Conejos, and Costilla Counties. Work consists of inlaid pavement markings on various roadways in CDOT Region 5.

Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the CONTROLLER, Department of Transportation at 4201 E. Arkansas Avenue, Denver, Colorado, 80222, on or before 5:00 p.m. of the final settlement date above.

The work to be performed generally includes, but may not be limited the following components: The District is seeking a Supplier to furnish a Sewage Receiving Station which generally includes, but not limited to painted steel enclosure containing a 4” standard plug valve, magnetic flow meter, 1” integrated flushing control package including backflow prevention, winterization package, standard Ethernet communication, one access point, integrated hose reel package, internal light, GFCI internal convenience receptacle, software package with proven integration with Water +, one year warranty and on site startup and training. The project includes all associated materials, equipment and appurtenances required for a completely functioning system. Concrete and electrical power will be furnished by the District.

The work to be performed generally includes, but may not be limited the following components: The District is seeking a Contractor to furnish and install three (3) floating, solar powered freshwater circulators. Circulators shall provide day/night operation on solar only by utilizing a battery to store excess daytime energy for nighttime operation. Direct daytime flow rate shall be 3,000 gpm, induced daytime flow rate shall be 7,000 gpm, combined daytime flow rate shall be 10,000 gpm, and combined nighttime flow rate shall be 10,000 gpm. The units shall be constructed of 316 stainless steel with foam-filled high-density polyethylene floats, thermoplastic rubber intake hose, HDPE strainer and HDPE encapsulated concrete mooring blocks. Units shall have 3 each 80w p.v. solar panels and on-board battery storage, with a digital solid-state controller mounted in a NEMA 4X enclosure with externally fused disconnect. Units shall be equipped with an increased visibility marker kit. The project includes all associated materials, equipment and appurtenances required for a completely functioning system.

NOTICE OF BUDGET

COLORADO’S TIMBER RIDGE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District for the 2013 budget. A copy of such proposed budget has been filed at the office of the President of the District, Ivo Brieven, 1428 Cool Pines Drive, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection. Such proposed budget will be considered at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District to be held at the Colorado’s Timber Ridge HOA Clubhouse, 31 Shooting Star Drive, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, on January 21, 2013 at 7 p.m. Any interested elector within Colorado’s Timber Ridge Metropolitan District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
