The Town Council for the Town of Pagosa Springs will be holding a public hearing for a Change of Location application for Seven Bmos Inc dba The Western Slope Break Room currently located at 2151 Eagle Drive changing location to 2045 Eagle Drive in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. All people wishing to comment should be present at that meeting or have written comments in the office of the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 17, 2018.

The Town of Pagosa Springs is requesting a Sign Variance for the installation of an Electronic Message Center Sign at South Park, located at 550 S. 8th Street. The Parks and Recreation Department is interested in installing a new South Park sign that will include a 6 square foot Electronic Message Center Sign for providing public park event and activity messages.  The Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to consider the Variance application at 5:30PM on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 to be held in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. Anyone wishing to receive more information or wishing to provide written comments should contact the Town Planning Department at 970-264-4151. The Aspen Springs Metropolitan District is currently accepting applicants to be appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Any applicant must be a property owner or resident in the district. The term will be until May 2020. Meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday at 6:00 P.M. Anyone wishing to apply should mail or email a short description including personal contact information, property owned or residency address, mailing address and a brief summary of any pertinent experience to A.S.M.D., PO Box 488, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 or info@aspenspringsmetro.org. Applications must be postmarked, received via email or delivered to the Metro District Shop by December 20th, 2018 to be considered.
