BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEARING October 6, 2015 

Pagosa PS1, LLC, represented by Trinity Land Consultants of Pagosa Springs, is requesting approval of the PS1 Minor Subdivision, for the Remainder of Tract G, Pagosa Vista Subdivision, located north of US Highway 160 and west of Vista Boulevard. The proposal will subdivide two parcels from the approximately 16.6 acre tract in the PUD zone.

Comments regarding this proposal may be submitted to the Archuleta County Planning Department, P.O. Box 1507, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147-1507, telephone: (970) 264-1390 or to jshepard@archuletacounty.org prior to the public hearing by the Archuleta Board of County Commission on October 6, 2015, 1:30 p.m. in the County Administration Building Meeting Room, 398 Lewis Street, Pagosa Springs. Public comments will be taken at the meeting.

Piedra Street Resurfacing

The Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado is in the process of finalizing the above listed project constructed by Hart Construction Corporation. Any claims against this project by suppliers, subcontractors, or others should be delivered to the project engineering firm of Davis Engineering Service, Inc. at 188 S. 8th Street, P.O. Box 1208, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147. All claims shall be delivered on or before October 9, 2015. Any claims received after October 9, 2015 shall not be considered. Claim forms can be obtained from Davis Engineering Service, Inc. (Phone 970-264-5055).

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for a front yard setback variance for a proposed new roofed porch addition over an existing front door entrance to the home located at 319 S. 8th Street, Block 48, Lot 3. The property owner is requesting a reduction in the required 20 foot Front Yard Setback to 5 feet. The Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing to consider the Variance Application at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 to be held in Town Hall at 551 Hot Springs Blvd. Anyone wishing to provide comments should contact the Town Planning Department at 970-264-4151 x224. Please provide your written comments before October 8, 2015.  Public comments will be accepted at the public hearing.
