The second reading of Ordinance No. 813 (Series 2014) was completed at the Pagosa Springs Town Council Meeting held on August 21, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall. ORDINANCE 813, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 12.8.15 OF CHAPTER 12 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE ADDING THE OFFENSE OF PUBLIC BURNING AND AMENDING SUBSECTION 11.1.3(12) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING NUISANCES.  The ordinance went into effect August 21, 2014 and the full text of the ordinance, including any amendments, is available for public inspection at the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall.
