NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN ELECTION TO INCLUDE REAL PROPERTY INTO THE PAGOSA AREA WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given to all interested persons, and particularly to any municipality or county which may be able to provide water services to the real property described herein, that the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 17, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., at 100 Lyn Avenue, Pagosa Springs, Colorado, to consider final of a Resolution Initiating Inclusion Election.

The property to be included into the District is generally described as the Log Park Subdivision.

All interested persons may appear at such hearing to show cause in writing why such Resolution should not be adopted.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

ADOPTION OF A REVISED ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH FEE SCHEDULE

(Pursuant to Section 25-10-107, C.R.S.)

NOTICE is hereby given that a revised Environmental Health Fee Schedule has been submitted to the Board of Health of San Juan Basin Health (“SJBH”). The revised fee schedule will be considered at a public hearing which will take place during the meeting of the Board of SJBH on July 24, 2014, commencing at 2:00 p.m., at the Archuleta County Commissioners meeting room, Archuleta County Court House, 449 San Juan Street, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.

A copy of the revised fee schedule is available for inspection, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, at SJBH’s Environmental Health office at 281 Sawyer Drive, CO or online at www.sjbhd.org. Any interested elector within SJBH’s service territory (La Plata County and Archuleta County, CO) may inspect and provide comment thereto prior to adoption of said revised fee schedule. Any interested elector may attend this Public Hearing and present testimony and evidence pertinent to the subject matter.

In addition, the Board of Health will allow public comment on proposed revisions to SJBH’s On-site Wastewater Treatment System Regulations, but the Board will not make a decision on said regulations on July 24, 2014.

The Town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado is in the process of finalizing the above listed project constructed by Concrete Connection of Pagosa, Inc.
