This is a revised public notice to what was published on May 21, 2015.

Please note the new Town Council hearing date.

The Town planning Department has received an Application for a Lot Consolidation of Lots 6 & 7 in the Paradise Mesa Subdivision. As part of the proposed Lot Consolidation, the interior perimeter Public Utility Easements are being requested to be Vacated (There are no installed public utilities within the easements requested for vacation). Since the public utility easements were dedicated for public utilities recognized by the Town of Pagosa Springs as recorded on a plat # 441A with reception #1996006775 in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Archuleta County, the public utility easements require vacation by way of public hearings and ordinance.

The Town Planning Commission will consider making a recommendation to Town Council regarding the “Vacation of Public Utility Easements”, at a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at 5:30pm in Town Hall.

The Town Council will consider the first reading of an Ordinance for the proposed “Vacation of Public Utility Easements” at Public Hearings scheduled on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 5pm and Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 5pm in Town Hall.

Verbal Public comments will be accepted at each scheduled Public Hearing. Written Public comments should be received by the Town Planning Department, 8 days prior to each scheduled public hearing, to ensure written comments are included in the board packets that are sent out 7 days prior to each scheduled public hearing.
