PUBLIC NOTICE

Colorado law requires the county assessor to hear objections to real property classifications and valuations beginning no later than May 2, 2013. Objections to the valuation or classification of real property must be postmarked, delivered, or presented in person to the county assessor’s office no later than June 3, 2013.

Colorado law requires the county assessor to begin hearing objections to personal property valuations no later than June 17, 2013. Objections to personal property valuations must be postmarked, delivered, or presented in person to the county assessor’s office no later than July 1, 2013 .

NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT 

PROJECT #NH 1601-065

PROJECT ID #18789

In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38-26-107-C.R.S. 1973 as amended, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF COLORADO has established May 23, 2013 as the date of final settlement date with A & S Construction Company for Project #NH 1601-065, Project ID #18789, IN Archuleta County. Work consists of US160 one inch HMA leveling course and a two inch HMA overlay, heating and remixing treatment, guardrail modifications, minor earthwork, culvert extensions, shouldering material, super elevation correction, bridge rehabilitation, delineators, pavement markings, signing, seeding, and soil retention blanket.

Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the CONTROLLER, Department of Transportation at 4201 E. Arkansas Avenue, Denver, Colorado, 80222, on or before 5:00 p.m. of the final settlement date above.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a Petition for Inclusion of additional real property into the boundaries of the Town of Pagosa Springs Sanitation General Improvement District (“District”) has been filed with the Board of Directors of the District. A public hearing on the Petition shall be held Thursday, the 23rd day of May, 2013, at the hour of 12:00 p.m., at 551 Hot Springs Boulevard, Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
