BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

 ON April 19, 2016

Cody and Dawn Ross, dba Buckskin Towing & Repair, are requesting Variance from Sections 27.1.7.3 and 27.1.7.4 of the Archuleta County Road and Bridge Design Standards and section 5.4.5.4 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations requiring paving of access and parking, for the existing parking and access on Parcels A & B, HIS Subdivision, located at 1435 Highway 160, Pagosa Springs, CO. Applicants are also requesting Variance from Section 5.4.2.6 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations requiring that outdoor storage (as defined) to be screened from adjacent property or roads; and from Section 5.4.3.2 requiring a 40’ landscaped buffer for commercial development along US Highway 160.

A public hearing will be held by the Archuleta Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Board of Adjustment, on Tuesday April 19, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. in the County Administration Building Meeting Room, 398 Lewis Street, Pagosa Springs.

Notice to Bidders – Request for Proposals

The Archuleta School District 50 Jt is accepting proposals for the Cleaning, Sealing and Repairing of several of the District’s parking lots.

Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m MDT on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at the Archuleta School District 50 Jt Administration Building, P.O. Box 1498, 309 Lewis Street, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147.

Copies of the RFP and specifications for this project can be found on the district’s website: www.mypagosaschools.com in the “Community” section or by picking up the specifications in person at the District’s Administration Office, Monday – Friday from 8-4. Alternatively, specifications can be obtained from Maintenance Director Chad Bayles at the MAT Building at 800 B South 8th Street, or by sending an e-mail to cbayles@pagosa.k12.co.us.
