Military service identifiers on Colorado driver’s licenses

As of Nov. 13, current and veteran military service members have the option of including a military identifier on their Colorado driver’s licenses and ID cards.

The identifier will indicate branch of service of the card holder and can only be acquired after the applicant presents a valid military identification document.

The card can only have one identifier on it and is available for an additional $15 fee.
