Grow with the Chamber this summer.

Yes, it’s the time of year again, when the Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce hosts our annual “Pagosa Pride” drive. Don’t forget to purchase your hanging flower baskets from the Chamber and show your Pagosa pride. We are taking orders for the beautiful hanging baskets now.

Each basket contains sun- and drought-resistant flowers planted in fertilized soil. However, your baskets will come with additional fertilizer so you and your flowers can “Grow with the Chamber.”

We have two sizes of hanging flower baskets. The 12-inch baskets are only $28 and will be delivered on Friday, May 23 — just in time for the Memorial Day weekend. The big and beautiful 16-inch baskets are $100 and will arrive shortly after Memorial Day.

We always receive wonderful comments from visitors and locals alike about the beautiful flower baskets lining the streets and enhancing the entrances of businesses. Quantities are limited; don’t miss your chance to “Grow with the Chamber” this summer. Call 264-2360 to order your baskets today.

Join the fun at the sixth annual Car and Motorcycle Show at Pagosa May 16-18 in downtown Pagosa Springs. Party in the Park on Friday, May 16, from 5-9 p.m. Walk Lewis Street on Saturday, May 17, for the Show and Shine from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A large cash prize will be had for Best in Show and other cash prizes will be given for “best in” all other judged categories. After the awards ceremony, all registered cars and motorcycles are welcome to join us for a cruise through Pagosa Springs, commencing on Lewis Street and ending uptown at Pagosa Brewing and Grill.

Registration is still available for all entries. Call Stacy at the Chamber at 264-2360 to learn more.

The next class will be held on Monday, May 19, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The Maximizing your Membership class is free and lunch is provided.
