Marijuana ordinance timeline set

On Tuesday, Archuleta County Attorney Todd Starr announced a timeline for creation of a retail marijuana ordinance for the county.

Starr was instructed to produce the timeline, complete with benchmarks, when the Board of County Commissioners approved a moratorium on retail sales in Archuleta County.
