Hey there, kids, we’re lassoing up one more week of arts camp the week of July 7. The Hands-On Arts Summer Camp is for students entering first grade next year, up to kids in sixth grade.

This week is our western week. Students will create art that revolves around a western theme — namely cowboys/girls. A few projects will be working with Crayola model magic to create puppets, horse sock puppets, a cowboy boot night light and a guitar clock. Children are asked to “dress for mess.”

Sessions are held Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pagosa Springs Elementary School art room. Tuition is $120 per week for Monday through Thursday. Class limit is 20 students. Information on art classes, registration and payment can be found on our website,

Can call Tessie Garcia at 769-4212 or Lisa at 731-3546 for more information.
