Holiday celebrations at The Den

Dress up in your favorite holiday attire for our holiday party at The Den on Friday, Dec. 21. Bring a gift, get a gift. Bring a gift valued at $10 or less, label it for a man, a woman or unisex and place it under the tree.

Celebrate December birthdays Cafe Fox style on Friday, Dec. 28. Just for you, we’re serving chicken piccata and all the fixin’s, along with delicious sour cream blueberry cake.

Finally, ring in the New Year at The Den on Dec. 31 at noon with a hootin’, tootin’ time and a toast.

United Way helps seniors

Awesome news, the dining gift certificates are available again, and  $20 will get you a gift certificate/stocking stuffer to one of the participating restaurants

Why should you want to use one of the gift certificates?  Because, if you go out to eat, why not use one instead of cash. A donation of $4 will be made by the restaurant to United Way, at no cost to you, just for using the gift certificate. (Now, how easy is that?)

The Senior Center receives funding from United Way.  And, hey, the certificates don’t expire until March 31, 2013.

For more information, call Musetta at 264-2167. On behalf of our seniors, thank you.
