The Hazel Miller Band, based in Denver, has performed locally, regionally and nationally for more than 20 years. They play original music, as well as jazz, soul, blues and dance favorites for audiences that love their high energy show.
Whether she is singing blues, jazz, pop or gospel, Miller’s voice charges the songs with a primal dose of genuine soul. She began her career in Louisville, Ky., where she rose to the top of the music scene. She opened for popular artists such as Mel Torme, James Brown, The Temptations, Earl Klugh, Bob James and many others.
You don’t want to miss this one-of-a kind event at the Ross Aragon Community Center.
There will be a cash bar and light hors d’oeuvres. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, July 25. Tickets are on sale for $12 in advance and $15 at the door. Students are $2 and 12 and under get in for free. Don’t miss the opening act, Zoe and Hannah Rohrich, from 7:30 to 8 p.m.

Don’t miss out on Ross Aragon Community Center’s first-ever movie night Wednesday, July 30.
The presentation will be the ’80s classic, “Goonies.” Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the movie will start at 6:30 p.m. Don’t forget to bring a chair, beanbag or comfy blankets to enjoy the flick. The Ladder Ball Tournament is $30 per team, double elimination.
The Doubles Grass Volleyball Tournament is $30 per division including double elimination men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions.
