Despite little snow on the ground, people of all ages turned out for a series of wintertime events during last weekend’s WinterFest. Festivities included a biathlon, ski relays and races and the annual Anything Goes Downhill Sled Race, where brave souls slid down Reservoir Hill in all manner of contraptions. The Snowboard Rail Jam, hot air balloon ascension and Penguin Plunge also drew crowds of spectators seeking a good time.
