Free yourself

Americans have forgotten who they are, and we are slaves because of it. Who are you? A subject of government, or a sovereign that created government? Who are you acting like? “It will be admitted on all hands that with the exception of the powers granted to the states and the federal government, through the Constitutions, the people of the several states are unconditionally sovereign within their respective states.” Ohio L. Ins. and T. Co. v. Debolt, 16 How. 416, 14 L.Ed. 997. When was the last time your heard that? The 60 million statutes that now control every aspect of our lives and finances is slavery, pure and simple. Do you feel like a sovereign in this society, or a subject/slave? “… while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.” Yick Wo v Hopkins, 118 US 356, at pg. 370; “…at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects … with none to govern but themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty.” Chisholm V. Georgia (US) 2 Dall 419, 454, 1793 . Convinced yet as to who you really are? “Natural rights — inherent rights and liberties are not the creatures of constitutional provisions either at the national or state level. The inherent human freedoms with which mankind is endowed are antecedent to all earthly governments; rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws; rights derived from the Great Legislator of the Universe.” Colorado Anti-Discrimination Commission v. Case 380 P.2d 34 (1962). So, once again, who are you? Did you realize your identity has been kidnapped, and that you’ve been branded with a second, slave citizenship? Are you sovereign or subject? Constitution of the United States of America. 14th Amendment (1868). Section 1. “All persons born or naturalized in the ‘United States’ and ‘subject to the jurisdiction thereof,’ are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” This “United States” is not the “united several States of America,” but is a separate “State,” and created a second class of citizenship,… a federal government citizen, and forced most of us into a slavery jurisdiction and were made subjects of government. Notice it states “jurisdiction”, singular, not plural, if this “jurisdiction” were referring to all 50 States in the words “United States.” US CODE: Title 28, 3002. “’United States’ means — (A) a Federal corporation;” How do you like this forced (deceitful) corporate citizenship that is robbing you so far? Do you want to be truly free?     Anyone here feel they are “enslaved” in America, Colorado, Archuleta county, the town of Pagosa Springs, please raise your hand?
