Free computer classes offered

Come down to the Ross Aragon Community Center and take advantage of the free computer classes offered. Starting Wednesday, Jan. 15, Becky Herman will be offering a Beginning Computer class from 9:30–11:30 a.m. each week.

If you already know your way around a computer and need some more help with Microsoft Word, come by starting Thursday, Jan. 16, from 9:30–11:30 a.m. and Becky Herman will be more than happy to help you.

Both computer courses consist are eight weeks..

Co-ed volleyball

Adult co-ed volleyball is played Wednesdays from 1–3:30 p.m. Join the friendly noncompetitive games open to all skill levels.

Monday night Tai Chi

Don’t have time to make it to the Tai Chi class offered during the day? The community center is happy to announce a free night Tai Chi class Mondays at 5:30 p.m.

Monday play group

Bring your little ones in from the cold on Mondays to play inside the gym from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Don’t forget to bring your bike, tricycles and any other toys your children like to play with. We also offer a play group on Fridays from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. If you are interested in either play group, please stop by the center on Monday or Friday.
