| Music lovers of all ages will not want to miss the Pagosa Folk ‘N Bluegrass Festival taking place June 6 and 7 on Reservoir Hill Park, with a free kickoff concert Friday, June 5, at 5 p.m. at the Town Park gazebo in downtown Pagosa Springs.
The stellar lineup for the weekend includes The Belleville Outfit, the John Jorgenson Quintet, the Infamous Stringdusters, the Boston Boys, Missy Raines and the New Hip, Expedition Quartet, Bearfoot, Sweet Sunny South, Jeff Solivan & Dirty Kitchen, Jeff & Vida, the Badly Bent and more to be announced. The performers play from a variety of musical genres — from acoustic folk and bluegrass music to gypsy swing.
The outdoor music festival features on-site camping, music workshops, a free children’s program, late night shows, an acoustic stage, beer and food and crafts vendors. A tent covers the stage and seating for 300-plus people, with additional space on the festival meadow to set up tarps and low chairs. All seating is general admission.
